Wayne is a fantastic trainer and is great at motivating you without being in your face or aggressive about it. I wanted to get stronger to improve my rugby training, and not only does he focus each exercise towards that goal, but he also explains how they will effect real in-game play. He also has great chat, so there's always a good atmosphere in each session :))
